OUTDOOR SESSIONS
On Friday 26th September, we have two practical sessions which will be taking place outside after lunch.
An area will be secured with orange barrier fencing, so please ensure that you remain behind this barrier at all times for health & safety reasons.
Nando Brown at 1315 & Gary Rutherford at 1415 will both include outdoor demonstrations.
These sessions will both begin within the Main Conference Room, & then proceed outside to deliver the practical demonstration.
When moving outside, please ensure that you do so quickly, so not to hold up or interrupt the sessions. This will also ensure that we remain on schedule, to allow for maximum networking opportunities.
As these sessions will be outside, please ensure that you bring suitable outdoor clothing, in case of poor weather.
DOGS
Whilst dogs are allowed on site, they are not permitted within the conference venue. In addition, whilst all outdoor practical demonstrations are taking place dogs should not be outside.
Whilst exercising dogs, please ensure that they remain under control at all times & any excrement is picked up - in line with relevant laws & legislation.
Please also ensure that when dogs are left, they are checked on regularly & you have suitable provisions in place to ensure their welfare.
